Situated five minutes’ walk from the centre of Ngaio, where you will find; a cafe, convenience stores, library and selection of takeaway outlets. There are two bus stops on the street and train station one street away. Ten minutes' drive; fifteen minutes by bus/train to the CBD (Central Business District).

Queen bedroom and ensuite, lounge with sofa bed, dining table, Vodafone Internet TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Outside table and chairs. Your hosts will provide a fresh continental breakfast each day, within the room – including fruit, cereal, bread, breakfast muffins or bagels, selection of teas, coffee, milo or hot chocolate, milk, and orange juice. Guest Access
The unit is located at the rear of the owner's house and is accessed privately through a dedicated entrance, using a lockbox code to obtain the key. Ample street parking is available. Off street parking (via shared driveway) is provided free of charge.
Room Rate
NZD200 per night (Queen bed) or NZD220 per night (Queen and Sofa beds).
Payment either by internet bank transfer (or major credit card plus 3% Stripe processing fee).
